General Pool Rules

  • Swim suits are required to enter the pool at all times.
  • WHITE shirts only can be worn as a swim suit cover up. No blue jeans, cut-offs, colored shirts or street clothes will be allowed.
  • Alcohol, tobacco products, glass and pets are not allowed in the pool area.
  • Please WALK at all times.
  • All children 7 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Un-potty trained guests must use a swim diaper.
  • Splash_FactoryCoast Guard Approved flotation devices are allowed, arm floats are not.
  • Swim fins and goggles are only allowed in the shallow end.
  • Jump forward, feet first into the pool. No diving in the shallow end.
  • No back jumps, flips or dives or cartwheels off the diving board or side of the pool.
  • No violence, profane language, public displays of affection or inappropriate behavior will be allowed in the pool area.
  • No hanging or playing on the lifelines and lane ropes allowed.
  • No horseplay, dunking or chicken fighting allowed.
  • Please keep all items secure, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Only lifeguards are allowed on the guard stands. Lifeguards must keep a watchful eye on the water, so please speak with someone in the pool office for assistance..
  • The Manager on Duty can and will ask anyone repeatedly breaking the rules or creating an unsafe environment to leave the facility.

 

Admission to the pool may be refused for the following reasons.

  • Drunkenness or intoxication.
  • Skin lesions, sores or inflamed eyes, nose or ear discharge.
  • If the pool capacity is exceeding its limits.
  • The safety and/ or health of the general public is in danger.
  • Individuals who create an unsafe environment for themselves or other guests.
