"Wetworks" by Vernetta Turner - "The Ultimate Total Body Workout"

This unique concept of water exercise works you out aerobically, tones, strengthens, and burns fat.  It’s fun, good for you and it’s offered year round.  Wetworks is excellent in promoting cardiovascular fitness.  The originator of the program, Vernetta Turner, and her staff of expertly trained instructors teach it.  Classes are unlimited and registration is continuous.

Wahoo's - "Swim Team Training"

Wahoo’s coaches will help develop your swimmers technique while increasing their speed and endurance. This is not a swim lesson. Swimmers must be able to pass level 4 and/or swim the 4 competitive strokes 25 yards each. Try-outs are on Wednesdays at 6:30pm. The primary goal of the Wahoo’s swim team is to help young athletes become competitive swimmers and give them the skills necessary to excel in their next level of swimming.
