ADULT – (AD) Just starting out or want to start to training? This class will teach you everything from floating to efficient strokes at a personalized speed. Small classes for individual attention.
FIRST SPLASH – (FS) First splash allows your baby to develop their natural movements in the water. This class focuses on water confidence and safety skills while offering a fun atmosphere that allows you to develop a close bond with your child. The skills you and your child learn will enhance your child’s ability when learning to swim independently.
LEVEL 0 – (L0) 30 min preschool class. This introduces the students to the water, being comfortable with the water and teaches them to swim independently. This group lesson is without a guardian in the water. Student must be 3 before beginning Level 0.
LEVEL 1 – (L1) 30 min class. This class introduces freestyle, back stroke and an orientation to deep water swimming. Student must stream-line independently before beginning level 1.
LEVEL 2 – (L2) 40 min class. This class focuses on primary skills of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke along with side breathing and diving. Students must be swimming freestyle and backstroke before beginning level 2.
LEVEL 3 – (L3) 40 min class. This class builds on coordinating strokes while increasing endurance. Swimmers must be able to swim freestyle with side breathing, backstroke and breaststroke for 15 ft or longer before beginning level 3.
LEVEL 4 – (L4) 40 min class. This class focuses on stroke development, start dives and flip turns while introducing butterfly. Students must swim 25 yards with freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke before beginning level 4.
LEVEL 5 – (L5) Fall, Winter and Spring only– 45 min class. Classes focus on stroke technique and endurance training. Students must know freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly and be able to swim 25 yards before beginning level 5.
LEVEL 6 – (L6) Fall, Winter and Spring only– 45 min class. This class is designed to introduce techniques to prepare for competitive swimming. Classes focus on stroke technique and endurance training as well as training more advanced athletes. Swimmers must be able to swim 50 yards before beginning level 6.
PRIVATE LESSONS – (PR) All Ages. These one-on-one classes will focus on what the student wants to learn. Private lessons are for those wanting to learn at a personal pace. Please contact Aquatic Coordinator, for times and dates.
Refund Policy: No-refunds other than medical emergencies
All registrations are final due to a limited course enrollment. Fees, less $5 will be refunded only if cancellation is made 5 days prior to the start of the class or a $5 transfer fee will be applied for one change of session.
