The Hilton Garden Inn will offer 129 luxury rooms, executive lounge, restaurant, pool, fitness room and business services. The Homewood Suites will offer 147 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom spacious suites with full kitchens designed to let you live, work and play.
The conference center will offer a 10,000-square-foot ballroom with seating for up to 1,000. The ballrooms can be divided into five individual conference rooms in addition to an executive conference room with seating for 10 across the hall. Interiors will reflect the flora and fauna of the prairies and north Texas in tones of blue, green and whites, with accents of orange and red.
CHICKEN N' PICKLE

Chicken N Pickle Grand Prairie will feature indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, lawn games, a rooftop bar and a full-service restaurant using locally sourced foods to offer a variety of delicious dishes. When completed, Chicken N Pickle Grand Prairie will begin hosting pickleball clinics for players at all levels, as well as professional and amateur pickleball tournaments.
“We are so excited that Chicken N Pickle has selected Grand Prairie as the site of its sixth location nationally,” said Ron Jensen, Mayor of Grand Prairie. “We have so many residents who are ready to play pickleball and eat chicken, some of whom serve on the City Council with me. This is a wonderful addition to our dynamically developing Epic Central project, which already includes Epic Waters, The Epic, The Summit and PlayGrand Adventures and has plans for hotels, more restaurants and retail in the near future.”
RESTAURANTS
The city is also building six restaurant spaces designed by Merriman Anderson Architects and built by Hill & Wilkinson Construction Management in EpicCentral and has negotiated terms with Milkshake Concepts to bring Stirr, Vidorra and two more restaurants yet to be determined. Larry Lavine, the founder of Chili’s, will open Loop 9 BBQ in a fifth space. The city is entertaining options for the sixth restaurant space. This is all going in the area where Chicken N Pickle is already under construction, offering farm fresh foods and indoor/outdoor pickleball courts, and opening December 2021.
Stirr is an approachable neighborhood restaurant and bar, suitable for all of life’s gatherings; a business lunch, a happy hour cocktail, an intimate meal or a relaxed place to eat and unwind with friends. Its artisanal menu offers a variety of unique delicacies for all palates.
BOULDER INDOOR ADVENTURE PARK
Bolder Indoor Adventure Park: indoor family entertainment facility which will provide adventure-based attractions in a 66,000-square-foot pneumatic dome structure with ceiling heights of approximately 75 feet. Guests will be offered a truly unique opportunity to experience rock climbing, zip lines, via ferrata, ropes courses, tubing slides, synthetic ice skating, adventure nets and more.
Bolder Adventure Park broke ground the week of August 3, 2021 with completion in 2022 as the first nationwide location.
INTERACTIVE WATER SHOW
Located on one of the lakes and in the middle of the park, this will be one of the premium attractions for all visitors and guests. Riv.Jling other similar, well-known waters shows, this impressive entertainment feature will draw visitors from afar to delight in this one-of-a-kind and awe-inspiring show.
