The Parks and Recreation Board is a an 9-person Advisory Board to the City Council on parks, leisure and related developments. The Parks and Recreation Board meets the 4th Wednesday of every month at Grand Prairie City Hall in the City Council Briefing Room. The Public is always welcome to attend and provide input to the Board. Meeting begin at 6:30 pm.
Applications to serve on the Board can be obtained through the City Secretary’s Office at 972-237-8035. Board Members are appointed to their positions by the Mayor and City Council.
